Varban II Infinite Style Incorporated Chorus of Dawn	Posted - 2007.03.06 22:17:00 - [1] It is with great reluctance that Chorus of Dawn has reached its current decisions. After acknowledging the situation of politics in eve. After analysing intelligence and facts surrounding backstage politics committed by some alliances that for unknown reasons have been dressed in robes of holiness. After reiterating our positions and assessing our capabilities. After figuring out our goals and developing our plans for the future. We, Chorus of Dawn have concluded and acknowledged that while we understand that Band of Brothers is a threat that for many must be dealt it. However wee have reached the conclusion that living in 0.0 space dominated by the Dusk and Dawn alliance is hardly a better alternative. While we have no dealings or interests in the south we do in the north and while we couldn't care less what happens to BoB, be it death or victory, we are concerned by the latest arrogant behaviour of the Dusk and Dawn alliance, exploitation of residents and superior attitude towards others as if they are servants to this supposedly holly alliance. We are also aware of what D2 has offered some in exchange for help in this war of northern aggression. We have reached the conclusion that Dusk and Dawn is no different than the Band of Brothers and if the later is to be destroyed so is the former, to insure the balance of power does not shift in one pole. It is with unwillingness that we have decided to declare war on the Dusk and Dawn alliance and offer their residents a better alternative of living in 0.0 space. We have no interest to fight resident corporations and would gladly accept them in the war against the oppressors. The time of consequences is upon us! I mean I don't want to be in the shoes of the person who has to deal with the logistics for this. Only way for bob to control the north is by either doubling in size or by swapping places with the north. The big blue donut you fear so much can't happen. Sure we had residence but we hadn't used it. We moved in CR and helped defend CR. Now we want to do something, as allies to -y- we can do so, but we also want to maintain the facts that it was our decision to join the war not on bob's side nor d2's side. We joined it on our side and -y-'s side. We were looking for ways to expand and -y- made a call on us as allies to help them. Our relations with D2 and IRON had decayed due to lack of maintenance from both parties. We were settling in CR and they were busy with their own agendas. I understand people are upset that we joined a war vs the north. But this is how things work you join a war based on your interests and your terms. Our interests and commitments are to -Y- at the moment. Tomorrow they will change, this not a static process, things change. Anwyay I can only hope one good thing of this thread is to take all the smack away from local.I am dissapointed the community doesn't respect our decision no matter if they thing it's wrong.
